VALLEY OF TEARS

in my endless search
the coming across of mystery
blood pumping agush
what is this?

the birds are crying
the spirits are weeping
the rocks are wailing
the mountains are keening
the land is lamenting
the trees are bawling 
the sky is sobbing

why are you all in tears?
answer with a tear drop
like a coward he died
he couldn't defeat suicide
